Abstract
Objective: Based on the ICF concept, The object of this study is to assess the correlation between the degree of impairment of 3-month body function after the onset of stroke and the activity and participation level of the 12-month.

Methods: This study was conducted by analyzing the medical records of 497 stroke patients who met the selection criteria from 2012 to 2017. The evaluation tool used MAS, K-MMSE, FMA, NIHSS, and FAC for impairment of body functions at 3 months. K-MBI was used as an evaluation tool for activities and participation at 12 months. Statistical analysis of correlation was performed by multiple regression analysis.

Results: K-MMSE, MAS-LE, FAC, FMA and NIHSS were statistically significant correlation with K-MBI at 12 months (p<0.05). Among them, FAC had the greatest influence on activity daily living . K-MMSE, NIHSS, FMA, and MAS-LE were followed.

Conclusion: According to this study, Gait function is found to be the most influential factor. It is expected that the factors affecting the rehabilitation of patients with stroke can be considered as basic data for establishing rehabilitation goals and treatment planning.
